1. Services Provided
EasyBedtime offers professional baby sleep consultancy services designed to help improve your baby’s sleep patterns. Our services include consultations, personalized sleep plans, follow-up support, and access to resources and advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, clients are required to:
- Engage fully with the consultation process
- Be consistent in implementing the provided sleep plan
- Follow the advice and guidelines given by EasyBedtime
3. Refund Policy
We are committed to helping you achieve better sleep for your baby. However, if you are not satisfied with the results after 30 days of following our sleep plan, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the consultation fee, provided the following conditions are met:
- You have consistently applied the sleep plan and followed our advice.
- You have maintained regular contact with us, providing updates and feedback as required.
4. Lack of Contact
If we do not receive any contact or updates from you within 2 weeks of starting the consultation, we will assume you have chosen not to continue with our support. In such cases:
- No refund will be issued.
- Ongoing support will be discontinued.
5. Consultation Fees
All fees for our services are payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as specified under our refund policy.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
EasyBedtime will provide advice and recommendations based on our expertise and experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from following our advice.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
EasyBedtime reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
